Yes, I believe sports is very beneficial to health. Sports reduce stress, increase physical and mental health. The benefits of sport have a physical impact on your body. Aerobic exercise strengthens the heart and lungs. Playing sport acts as a nice mix of recreation and physical activity. It is a combination of both enjoyment and exercise.
